It depends on the position you’re applying for – you can check that in the top right corner of each job offer. We offer permanent contracts of employment or full time contractor (B2B) options; for some positions you also have the possibility to work part time as a freelancer.
We’re excited that you’re interested in joining our team at Kromtix! While each team may have its specific steps, here’s a general outline of how our recruitment process works:
1. Submit Your Application
When we have openings, we will post the job listing on our website. To apply, you can either visit the career page, fill out a form, and submit your resume, or use a direct application link provided for the specific job listing. Make sure to clearly mention the position you’re applying for.
If you’re a developer, please include a link to your Github or Bitbucket profile so we can review your code. If your profile matches our requirements, we’ll move on to the next stage.
2. Recruitment Task
To better understand your skills, we’ll assign a task related to the role you’re applying for. This will give us insight into how you approach real-world problems. The task typically takes 3-5 working days to complete, but you can request more time if needed, depending on its complexity.
Don’t worry—this task is only for the recruitment process and won’t be used for commercial purposes.
For non-technical roles that require strong English proficiency (C1/C1+), we may also conduct a short online language audit. You’ll receive feedback on your fluency, grammar, and pronunciation.
3. The Interview
If your task impresses us, we’ll invite you for an interview, usually conducted online. You’ll meet a member of the Recruitment Team and someone from the team you’re applying to join.
This stage will focus on your experience, skills, and how well you fit with the team. We want to know what motivates you and understand your career aspirations, so be open and honest!
4. Final Meeting
In the final step, you’ll meet your potential team leader. This will be a chance to dive deeper into your experience, discuss your goals, and address any questions or concerns you might have.
5. Pair Programming (Developers Only)
If you’re applying for a development role, there will be a pair programming session where you can show off your coding skills. You’ll be expected to share your screen, solve tasks, and explain your thought process. Don’t hesitate to search for relevant information if you need to!
6. Job Offer
If all goes well, we’ll send you a job offer soon after the final meeting. We look forward to welcoming you to the Kromtix team!
We’re looking for long-term cooperation and at the same time we have job opportunities for freelancers.
Each projects are assigned by our PMO team when you’re onboarded. You usually work on one project at once, and it’s possible to change it after some time if you’ve been assigned to a very long one.
This means that we will expect your solution within a certain period of time. Of course, if you need more time to prepare your answer, we can extend it, but the sooner the better. We want our recruitment process to be as smooth as possible, so we try to keep it within the timeframe.
Sure! We encourage you to boost your skills and try again. If you didn’t get the job you applied for – feel free to send your application for any other position that suits your requirements. In case you’d like to give the same position another try, we ask you to wait 6 months before your next attempt. Also remember that you can always ask for feedback.
Majority of our job ads offer you the possibility to work 100% remotely and within flexible working hours. If there is a requirement to work partly from the office, then we write about it in the ad.
Remember that you can work however you feel is best for you, as long as you are able to join your meetings.
